came for change in October 2001

when his employers retired and

Joseph introduced the Family

Business of Joseph Long & Sons,

continuing to trade from the same

Frances Street premises. Son Samuel

(also formerly an employee of Ards

Glass & Glazing) was already a highly

skilled glazier and other sons Gareth

and Stuart joined the firm with Stuart

having a variety of roles in operations.
